2018 Lamborghini Huracan Superleggera has been recently spotted on Nurburgring track.

The testing season is soon ending in Nurburgring and as expected Lamborghini has been utilizing their time well there. The Huracan Superleggera showed up and of course a few keen photographers couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take some spied photographs.

The Superleggera will definitely by much faster and powerful than previous models. The car will be 220 lbs lighter and the V10 unit is supposed to produce around 650 hp which will make this machine much more impressive than previous models.

The lap time of the Huracan LP610-4 was 7:28, however the car’s ABS was not adjusted to work with the Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires, which most likely influenced the slower time. It is evaluated that the lap time of the new Huracan Superleggera will be near the one of the Aventador SV time which was under 7 minutes.

Gossipy tidbits have also been circulating in the media for some time now, indicating that the new car will be with RWD. The key reason for the individuals who anticipate the RWD is that the Huracan can lose 73 lbs if it loses its front axle power delivery.

The past two Supperleggera models have stayed with the AWD, so we are not certain that they are going to change from AWD to RWD that effortlessly. McLaren and Ferrari would also have a much easier time beating Huracan LP580-2 if it changed to RWD.

The Geneva Motor Show one year from now will presumably be the spot where we will see the unveiling of the first 2018 Lamborghini Huracan Superleggera.
